Opening an account for NPOC, NCUC and NCSG in Estonia

During 2018 I asked the FC (Thato and Remmy)  to sort out the bank account
issue multiple times since I paid out of pocket around 7000.00 USD for the
CIVICRM (and of course being reimbursed but we cannot continue this path).

 In one of the FC meetings, Joan suggested that in Canada you can have a
lightweight not for profit structure and have a bank account.  Did I get
that wrong? Is that plan out of the window?

There are good and cost-effective legal service providers  that can look
into options for us and register us. one is https://www.legalzoom.com/ it
registers a not for profit at a cost (I think around 500 USD) but it's US
based (I am sure similar services can be found in other countries
especially in Canada)

@Raoul, NCSG money is not going to NCUC account. NCSG does not have cash at
the moment.  NCUC treasurer after shouldering quite a bit expenses for NCSG
and then getting reimbursed by ICANN  ( mainly for civicrm and hosting)
stopped doing that because of obvious legal issues that could be caused.

The NCSG bank account has to be sorted by March, otherwise, if PIR decides
to send money to NCSG, there will be no bank account.
