Opening an account for NPOC, NCUC and NCSG in Estonia

Dear Joan and colleagues,
Thanks, that was more reason I opted for a separate meeting of FC to trash
this and advise if (NCSG) will be signing up on it or not including the
legal implications or otherwise, especially on e-citizenship and who should
precisely stand in for their various constituencies rather than mere
volunteers.
