AU have now announced a livestream via YouTube https://youtu.be/1zt-hfwCV0Q

One has to assume remote participation, if any, will be via comments on
that stream. No hashtag has been set,  #newgtlds is somewhat
overused, #newgTLDs + #ICANN could work. http://bit.ly/2BJ0rZk
