This is the first time I hear of this. I think you might be confusing the
PIR funding that Dina got to Barcelona with. I used the NPOC CROP slot
myself and Dave is using his for Kobe. He's also paying from his own pocket
to cover the rest of his stay and I think NCUC could actually cover the
rest of their CROP candidate's stay there. That would be like three nights
in a hotel, right?
