[Public Comments] Call for Volunteers for NCSG Comment on Proposed Final Report of the New gTLD Auction Proceeds Cross Community Working Group

Rafik & NCSG Colleagues,
I was an active participate in the work leading up to the Proposed Final
Report of the New gTLD Auction Proceeds ccWG. 

I will offer myself as a resource for queries about aspects of the Final
Report as NCSG formulates it comments. 

I will not suggest comments, since my contributions are on the Proposed
Final Report.
To help with context I will say that one of the key issues is the choice of
Mechanism, and that many of the important 

issues are bundled with the next stage, the design of the agreed upon
implementation Mechanism.

Hi all,
ICANN published just by Christmas time a new public consultation on
Proposed Final Report of the New gTLD Auction Proceeds Cross Community
Working Group. This working group was tasked to come back with "framework
to disburse the funds generated from auctions of last resort in 2012
application round of the new gTLD Program.". 
We already gave our input
