Packet Clearing House warns .ORG websites to suffer downtime under Ethos Capital management

Dear all,

In this letter to ICANN's General Counsel, the Packet Clearing House warns that under Ethos Capital's management of PIR, "the decreased operational spending necessary for any commercial purchaser to break even would result in an increase from zero down-time to, on average, slightly more than three days without service each year."
