Resignation from all NCSG related activities

Dear Vaibhav Aggarwal,

you have my deepest apologies if I misunderstood your intentions.

We all come from different languages and cultural backgrounds, I just
wanted to acknowledge the work done as well as the freedom and ability
of any of us to take decisions
