Benjamin's concern about .org holder awareness and engagement.

Benjamin you ask a very important question, just take Africa alone and the
number of NGO's that are registered with .org, most dont even know their
rights neither to participate in IG debates. It is very sad that, the very
people that should know better are taken taken advantage. I see this to be
a calculated move, it didnt just start today.
