Hi,

I would hardly call this post a useful resource. To me, it reads like a whole lot of FUD; basically painting a picture of a series of worst-case scenarios, and making it seem like these scenarios are inevitable should the sale be completed. Very little of this is grounded in fact.

But the author is subscribed to this mailing list, so am happy to be proven wrong.
