Comments of the National Council of Nonprofits on .org price cap removal

Strong?! How the world's NFPs spend their money should be no business of ICANN’s at all. Besides…, we don’t know that domain name registration fees would go to these causes if they didn’t go to PIR. We don’t even know that PIR would raise their registration fees at all, if the price cap is removed. They haven’t in the past, even though they’ve had the opportunity to year after year under their current contract.

I believe this is rather weak, not strong.
