1. Does the Board keep track of finalized PDPs and public comments that it
re-opens for the community? What is the Board approach in not
overburdening the community with tasks that were finalized?
The board decided that there was not enough consensus on short and long
term reviews due to limited comments (a total of 9 but from two ACs (ALAC
and SSAC)

and Supporting organizations (GNSO and CCNSO) and most of in GNSO) . I am
surprised that this decision was taken. In parallel with the effectiveness
of Policy Development Processes, the Board should also consider how many
issues it re-opens and instructs the community to work on (Re-opening of
the issues as GAC advises the Board, Red Cross in specific). See decision
which was taken in August 10 by the Board to again ask the community their
opinion for short and long term review

2. In our previous meeting we question about CCT Review and Giving undue
consideration to GAC advice. We could consider redrafting those and see if
they are relevant. Also probably as EPDP develops we can ask questions
about that.

We can think about other issues as we move forward but questions should be
sent by end of Sept.
