I removed it as Raoul suggested but we do need to have the application
guidelines in place soon, so that members and applicants want to know about
the process of approval.

I had shared this document a month ago with the membership, but since
issues have been raised, I recommend having a final look until 21 September
and comment, we can resolve the comments and then we can send to NCSG EC
for final approval.
