In today's NCSG discussion, I mentioned a session tomorrow (Wednesday) 
at the ICANN meeting which may be of interest.  Here are the details:

Margarita Valdes  of NIC Chile (.CL) will tell us about a special 
program designed to help small noncommercial organizations and small 
businesses respond to domain name disputes brought in .CL. Rather than 
defaulting (not responding to to a domain name dispute), students in 
Chilean law schools are "stepping up to the plate" to help Registrants 
defend themselves.
