[Public Comments] Call for Volunteers for Initial Report of the New gTLD Auction Proceeds Cross-Community Working Group

Hi all,

The Auction Proceeds Cross-Community Working Group published for public
comments its initial report presenting the  four options  as possible
mechanisms to allocate auction proceeds funds. For reminder, the WG was
tasked to propose framework "to disburse the funds generated from auctions
of last resort in 2012 application round of the new gTLD Program". It is a
non-negligible funds and it is important to find the right way to disburse
within ICANN mission.

NCSG comment. We got few participants in the CCWG  who can help to explain
the WG proceedings and deliberations.
