As a follow up, we acknowledge as a team that we haven’t done a great job keeping interested NCSG members updated on EPDP developments. Believe me when I say that this is not a product of ill intentions, but rather of sheer inundation as the volume of calls and documents for review continues to escalate! I hope this new thread kicks off a reinvigorated exchange of information on this list.

With that I’d also like to add a call for assistance!

As I mentioned above, there is a crazy amount of documents that are simultaneously coming from staff, participating groups, and ICANN Org at the moment. I doubt this will decrease in the lead up to ICANN63. 

One idea to ensure that every document is reviewed by the NCSG is to create a sort of summary repository. Whenever an NCSG member reviews a document related to the EPDP, they post a quick summary to the thread for the others to see. We could then collate these summaries in a shared doc to make sure that everything’s been covered by at least one (or preferably more!) NCSG folks.
