Please find below a call for applications to serve as a mentor for the Fellowship program.  Note that the GNSO only has one (1) representative, so this is a neutral role for someone who can represent and provide information about all the different stakeholder groups present at Council.  For your convenience, I attach the desired skills and experience from the website, but I would encourage those interested in volunteering for this position, which comes with travel to three ICANN meetings (64-66) to explore the information given below.  I would suggest that experience on PDPs is a required asset here (emphasis below is my addition).  Please note the deadline for us to send our names in is December 7, but we will need to hold a meeting to discuss applicants, so may I ask that you get your applications in to me cc Maryam Bakoshi by December 4th. Skills and Experience

  *   Active participant in GNSO structures and policy development processes with a track record of engagement
  *   Previous experience serving as a mentor, teacher, or learning facilitator is a plus
  *   Strong written and verbal communication skills
  *   Project management and coordination skills
  *   Networking skills

Desired Attributes

  *   Member of a GNSO Stakeholder Group and/or Constituency
  *   Understanding of the ICANN's mission, structure, and multistakeholder model
  *   Willingness to devote the necessary time prior to and during each ICANN Meeting
