Mailinglist hosting and software

I do agree here with Niels; I think it would be better if all of our mailing lists were stored in the one place. The Policy Committee, for instance, has two separate archives (pre-2016, and 2016 onwards). I think it would be better if all of the lists, including their archives, were hosted in the same place and in the same format. I would also like to know if these lists are backed up. I'd think they were, but would feel better knowing for certain that they are.
