Hi all,

The comment looks concrete but one other issue that seems to limit the
participation of communities in ICANN activities is clarity on the
budgetary allocation of SO's and AC's on annual budgets, not only ABR's. By
resolving this, it will make it easy for these community to participate
more meaningfully and effectively in execution of ICANN objectives and
goals.

*Main input*: Detailed clarity and information required on budgets related
expenditures that can be recovered or claimed from ICANN staff to fund
community activities related to ICANN org (policy development,
communication, regional engagement activities, regionalisation of ICANN
functions among other annual activities and goals). Community participation
in execution of portfolios needs to be also highlighted. Not sure if this
was mentioned in the initial budget comment submission, thanks.
