NCSG guidance to NomCom

In one of my discussions with NomCom leadership, they asked what portfolio
NCSG has in mind in a board member. This does not mean that they will
appoint as we request, they have asked all the groups to let them know. But
attached is what the NCSG membership has drafted approved by PC.

I will send this to NomCom leadership soon.
