[Npoc-discuss] Why not NCSG ? was [NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC at AIS

Greetings all.
I'm glad that @Ayden bas cease my intention.
And this is valuable for many évents like  régional IGFs, and all AF*
meetings, imho.

I was in AIS 2016 in Gaborone, representing the NPOC and NCUC was
representing too. Last year, I have participated in AfIGF, in
Sharm-El-Scheick, Egypt, using CROP fund again and representing the NPOC
again. This tome, the NCUC was not present..
It'll be certainly better if these kind of outreach campaigns are organized
at the NCSG level so that we could have 2 representatives (one from each
constituency) at these campaigns.
It's a proposal for the future.
