[Npoc-discuss] Why not NCSG ? was [NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC at AIS

This is good news that CROP has been restored.

I am still perplexed why a core program that has transitioned from Pilot is
being fought against. Probably it may cause one to presume that ICANN no
longer needs CROP

The community has grown through CROP a lot and its impact can be measure.

How can we leverage on the existing situation to make sure that CROP's life
support is sustained?

This is where the shift must happen to Engagement of the new community.
