Ethos award nomination

I very much support this idea. Before this tragic accident, Stephane would already have been an excellent candidate as GNSO Council and Nom-Com chair, and much more besides .I hope that we (the whole ICANN community, rather than just NCSG) can also work towards some other form of recognition, perhaps a commemorative event at a meeting.
