Dear all,

For your information, the GNSO Council yesterday submitted the attached comment on ICANN’s proposed FY19 Budget and Operating Plan.

This comment was developed in a collaborative manner and, while not intended to supersede our comments as the NCSG, there are definite similarities between the arguments we advanced and the positions that other parts of the community have put forward. I think it would be fair to say that the NCSG played a part in developing it, but the entire GNSO really came together here, working diligently to prepare a statement that I think is fair to all the Stakeholder Groups and seeks as its outcome the sustained success of ICANN.
