I agree. I also have a bit of a problem discussing human rights as
pizza toppings, but maybe I am being an old fuddy duddy.
I will be on a plane for most of tomorrow, but I am printing this latest
model out, and working on a response for us. I was working on the
response for the previous model, so this is just an enlargement. It is
worth noting that there are a number of issues we need to rebut, notably
the reliance on third party use cases, retention, over-collection, and
the likelihood that that anyone will come up with an accreditation
system that works in the next three months.

PS the International Working Group on Data Protection in
Telecommunications (IWGDPT, aka the Berlin group), are supposed to be
releasing their working document on ICANN tomorrow. I believe you will
find it easier to understand than ICANN's latest model. It should be
posted here https://www.datenschutz-berlin.de/working-paper.html
