[Report] GNSO Council Strategical Planning Session Report

Hi all,

As you may know the GNSO council had a strategical planning session in January
29-31 in LA for first time to do a planning for the coming year.

The GNSO leadersip worked with a staff to deliver the final report
(attached). You will find there a summary of the discussions hold during
the 3 days meetings and also the actions items agreed.

One important item is regarding the improvement of policy development
effectiveness and the council will have a session on the matter this sunday
in Puerot Rico where we invited  working groups, stakeholders and
constituencies leadership to join us and share their experiences.
