Thanks, everyone.

With the support of two other EC members, I submitted Elsa Saade's name to
the GNSO sec to see if we can transfer my travel support. We believe that
Elsa will be an effective participant in Panama.



It is not certain if the travel slot can be successfully transferred since
it is too late. But we will try.



I also drafted this operating procedure for allocation of travel slots
which I think is needed. I will share it on the list separately for
comments.
