Travel slot

In my humble opinion, the slot should go to a committed person, who is new and probably this exposure will provide her/him with necessary tools and capacities to engage more in the future.

For many of us, who have never been to such events, or have been involved remotely only, many processes are still allien. So this kind of experience and exposure will help new people to join in and be active collaborator.
