Travel slot

All,

It’s clear that I won’t make it to Panama. There might be a possibility
that I’d be able to transfer the travel slot but we don’t have time at all.
I’d like to transfer this travel slot if travel constituency allows. You
need to be able to travel to Panama( dont need a visa) been cleared by
OFAC. So those who have already traveled to ICANN meetings can apply.
Please send me your statement of interest by 11 pm utc. Id like to send a
name to Travel constituency today.
