NTIA Notice of Inquiry on International Internet Policy Priorities

Redl apparently told Ted Cruz that he would "investigate options for
unwinding the transition" to move along his nomination last year. That
section of the NOI is probably just Redl fulfilling his side of the deal. I
don't think anyone at NTIA actually wants to undo it, and there likely
isn't even a legal avenue for them to do so.

So it's probably good to comment, but I wouldn't be too worried about it
going anywhere.
