Proposed Letter to Board re: NCSG Input into ICANN=?UTF-8?Q?=E2=80=99s_?=FY19 Budgetary Process

The Board has now approved the FY19 Operating Plan and Budget, and in doing so, initiated the 21-day Rejection Action Petition period under the ICANN Bylaws.

In the approved Budget there were no changes made to address the concerns that we expressed in our letter to the Board.
