[Info] Following EPDP Team Discussion & NCSG participation

Hi all,

As we discussed before, we will monitor closely the work on EPDP team and
with help of our representatives there  to get updates and discuss the
relevant issues


   - We have a new dedicated  mailing list for NCSG members interested to
   follow EPDP progress  and interact with representatives
   https://lists.ncsg.is/mailman/listinfo/epdp . the mailing list is open
   for NCSG members only.
   - An NCSG working space to have all documents, information and links in
   one place: https://community.icann.org/display/gnsononcomstake/EPDP
   - In term of tasks that need volunteers is one regarding review of the
   transcripts and recordings of EPDP team calls and confirm the accuracy of
   transcription. It can be a way to listen to the calls and follow the
   discussion while doing a useful task. More tasks will be shared later. You
   can also suggest a a relevant task you would like t o volunteer for.
   - We will tentatively  schedule NCSG bi-weekly conference call for EPDP
   discussion&update. days/time to be shared  and scheduled later.

For the EPDP team:

   - There is a  team wikispace  listing the meetings, documents, members
   etc

   - The first meeting is scheduled the  *Wednesday 01 August at 14.00 UTC* ,
   please listen to it via the streaming links above. The agenda is attached
   for reference. The EPDP team will discuss about the schedule and frequency
   of the calls.

Those are initial logistical info, we will discuss more about substance
soon.
