List of NCSG members selected to EPDP team

Thanks very much to the selection team for their work! I agree that
this is an exceptionally strong team, we should be proud of the progress
we have made in our NCSG membership outreach and the accumulation of
bench strength that we could field such a team for this project. We
also have a lot of folks who have pledged to help in the coordination
and back room activities to support us, tasks which are really essential
to our success in the tight timeframe we have.
We don't want to drown the list with reports on progress, but I expect
we will want to make regular updates to this list on the state of play.
