Organizational rep/individual members in elections

Thanks for bringing this up.

Basically in most organisations where organisation and individuals hold
separate vote is where they actually pay for membership with organisation
simply having two votes because their membership dues are usually a little
higher than that of individuals.

I think we can still resolve this, probably for organisation at elections
to hold 1 vote and individual 1 vote if there are two different persons or
where the organisations have alternate rep, otherwise where the
organisation is also the actual contact person, it could be resolved as to
have 1 vote.

Above, all, I also think that NCSG Charter needs review after 7 years, may
be by next year as I earnestly think lots have changed.
