[Elections - 2018] Nomination of Rafik Dammak

I would also like to voice my strong support for Rafik Dammak to continue for a second term as our representative on council.  Rafik has been a rock for NCSG in recent years: always helping new members and new councilors get up to speed, dedicating an enormous time commitment to NCSG, and always advocating for noncommercial interests in his communications and efforts at ICANN.  Rafik is respected throughout the ICANN community for his intelligence and smooth handling of matters and we are lucky to have him as our representative on council.  Thank you.
