Nomination of Stephanie Perrin as the next NCSG Chair

Stephanie is definitely the ideal candidate to replace Farzi, I fully
support her candidature.

Thanks to those who nominated me, but we have a very ideal.candidate that
will fully represent us all as NCSG. I hereby endorse Stephanie.
