Nomination of Poncelet Ileleji for NCSG Chair.

Dear NCSG colleagues,

   I refer to the above subject matter.

   I've the pleasure to nominate Poncelet Ileleji for the next NCSG Chair.
He is currently the NPOC appointee to the PC and he is very active in the
policy debate and monthly calls. His professionalism in defending the
interest of NPOC and the view of the non-commercial stakeholders beyond the
ICANN environment is laudable and commendable. Poncelet integrity speaks
across the global south and a consistent person in defending the interest
of the people. His knowledge of ICANN environment is very broad and with
deep insight on different ICANN subjects. I have seen him liaise and
engaged with different stakeholders with confidence that resulted in a
substantial outcome. I trust he will do well as a Chair of NCSG.
