Nomination of Stephanie Perrin as the next NCSG Chair

Dear all, I would also like to support Stephanie's nomination and hope she
accepts it!

Apart from being this outstanding privacy advocate she is and has been
throughout the years (within and outside ICANN), I believe that Steph's
experience and knowledge will most definitely be a good fit for NCSG - and
I look forward to continue working with her!
