Nomination of Stephanie Perrin as the next NCSG Chair

I met Stephanie for the first time at ICANN62 and the short time we spent chatting, she seems well experience and have the passion to fight the cause of internet users, right as mandated by such committee as NCSG. I therefore, support this nomination.
