[Elections - 2018] Nomination for re election of Martin for Council

[Stephanie Perrin]

Martin has done a great job on council and it has been a great pleasure 
and honour to work with him.  He has really helped forge a more 
collaborative relationship between NCUC and NPOC, and I hope he will 
agree to continue on at Council for us.
