[Elections - 2018] Nomination of Rafik Dammak

Thank you so much for this nomination, Ayden!

I would love to second it wholeheartedly and say that nomination of Rafik
is the case where just the name speaks for itself.
Any of our members who ever attended NCSG policy call, GNSO meeting or at
least are reading the mailing list know how much work Rafik is
tirelessly doing for NCSG - as a vice-chair of GNSO, as a chair of NCSG
policy committee, as NCSG member.
If I list all the work he has done for us, it will take me days to write
this email!
So I would just say that I am happy he is with us -- and thank him for all
support and advice and coordination I got being on the Council.
