Latest version of the EPDP charter / NCSG Policy Call

Hi all,

We will have our NCSG Policy call this Tuesday at 12:00UTC and as it is the
main item of the GNSO council agenda (and definitely an important topic) we
will spend more time to discuss the EPDP and its charter. The charter is
tabled for voted this Thursday and so initiating the EPDP process.
