Council call of the drafting team for the EPDP

As most are aware, the GNSO Council is drafting the Charter for the 
Expedited Policy Development Process which will modify (or not) the 
interim specification for WHOIS GDPR compliance.  Two hour meeting 
started at 12:00 UTC July 11.  An Audio cast is available for those who
