I note that 5 of the 13 Rapporteurs in CCWG-Accountability WS2 are active NCSG members, so NCSG played a significant role in shaping the outcome of many of these WS2 recommendations.  My thanks to all the many NCSG members who participated in this longstanding working group to create these final recommendations to improve ICANN’s accountability processes.

> It is important to note that rejecting specific recommendation(s) of the final report would reopen the discussion in the concerned sub-­‐group(s) and the WS2 Plenary, which would require restarting the WS2 process to reconsider the concerned recommendation(s) and possibly undertaking a new round of public comments. Currently this would not be possible as there is no budget allocated to continue this phase of WS2.

> Once the CCWG-­‐Accountability Chartering Organizations have approved this Final Report for WS2 according to its Charter, it will be transmitted to the ICANN Board for approval and implementation.
