[Announcement] NCSG Chair Decision Not to Run for Re-election

Hi Farzi,

I understand this must have been a hard decision.  I am sorry that the
travel ban exist and is definitely troubling for you and many others.
Although we have not worked together, I appreciated our recent chat.
