[Announcement] NCSG Chair Decision Not to Run for Re-election

Dear Farzaneh,

this decision saddens me even if I know that you didn't make it easily and
you thought about the NCSG interest. it is definitely a mark of real
leadership.
I enjoyed working with you since we were together at the NCUC EC till now
when cooperating as NCSG Chair and Policy Committee Chair.
I know that you are not leaving and hope that can travel again, joining
ICANN meetings asking your usual sharp questions :)
