[imp][elections] NCSG Elections/ Timeline/Check in and Positions

So, i am from Mauritius - Africa but am naturalised and also resident in USA. DC to be correct so i can be a potential from North America then. Actually i spend time between both areas due to grandparents in MRU. So i can stand as potential from north america?
