Africa DNS Forum Happening tomorrow

If memory serves me well, Africa DNS forum is an initiative of one of the
Af* organizations, that stemmed from the African Strategy.

One way to get NCUC active in these spaces is to work with these
organizations through the GSE, and of course contribute to the revision of
the strategy so that we also get issues of not for profit users addressed.
