Greetings From Dakar, Senegal, West Africa.
Thank you so much dear chair Farzi. I'm very glad that you raised that
issue so clearly with thé organization of the Africa Regional DNS Forum.
Indeed, I'm following up this event in our region since year 2010 when I
was invited to attend for the first time. It's true that it's industry
oriented meeting and the civil society sector is treated as not in concern.
I've subscribed to attend and I've receive a vague invitation letter to
attend the two events : Africa DNS Forum and the celebration of the 10
years of Africa in IG processes.
I'm actuelly in travel in Senegal which far From Cotonou and coule not
attend in person.
I agree that some part of this forum should have a concern with
non-commercial stakeholders of the région.
Only the ccTLDs representatives are participating.

@Benjamin : please, have you subscribe in AfrICANN mailing list ? Yaovi
Atohoun sent the announcement at least three or four times during these 2
months.

Finally, I too believe that, the NCSG with it 2 constituencies must be an
integral part in the organization of such an event in every region.
My 2 cents
Thanks again
Warm regards and cheers !
