You two did a great job of getting our basic comments in shape. Thanks! I made some proposed edits of the part on “further discussions” of jurisdiction. Namely, we need to make it clear we are not proposing to re-open the issue of ICANN’s incorporation in California, and we need to make it clear that it is the Recommendations themselves, not us, that open the door to further discussions. We might want to be more specific about what the substance of those “further discussions” would be, but I have no specific proposals. We may also want to leave it vague.
