Where to find NCSG submitted comments and who drafted them

Dear Rafik,

Checking the public comments page, I think NCSG has improved a lot in the
past years, especially in 2017. We have many new members drafting public
comments, and the number of submitted public comments has increased
substantially. I think this is great and shows that our members are getting
more active. I also think your leadership and encouragements to get
involved with policy has been very effective and I hope more of us get
involved to help with making policy at ICANN.
